Our Industry Association exists to establish minimum best practice standards for Buyer's Agents working throughout Australia.  

As the elected President of this Association, I am proud to lead the professional body at a time when the Buyer's Agent industry across Australia is expanding rapidly.  Through education and consumer advocacy, it is my goal to raise standards across the Buyers Agent industry so that consumers can feel confident about choosing a buyers agent who will always act in the best interest of their client.

Wilston Developments is a privately owned development company based in Brisbane.  Its purpose is to source land for residential and commercial development and then design and deliver quality multi-residential and commercial properties for the South-East Queensland market.  My role here includes the following:
* Researcher behind the property deals
* Analyzing market trends
* Assessing project feasibility
* Coordinating land purchase contracts
* Liaising with town planners, architects, engineers etc to create marketable spaces within a city plan scope. 
* Management of the sales process for the finished product which has included direct to market approaches.

In this role I assisted Clients in assessing the development potential of any site.  I managed the process of bringing any property to its highest and best use to maximise investment and development returns for Clients.  This role involved determining project feasibility, advising on site acquisition and site potential, obtaining development approvals, managing the design process to meet the target market, coordinating building approvals and overseeing construction of new residential homes, town homes and units.  I worked closely with the projects team and other external consultants to deliver outstanding property development results for Clients

As a Licensed Builder, I’ve developed skills in project & people management within the construction industry. I’m passionate about increasing the number of women in building & encourage equality across the construction industry. Over the years I’ve seen the industry change & have spoken at NAWIC & various events mentoring women in construction & encouraging them to pursue their career in building. 

Our company doesn’t build for clients but knows the importance of creating a long lasting relationship with all trades involved in creating a finished product. 

We buy & develop, build/renovate & sell residential single dwelling homes in the inner northern suburbs of Brisbane. We donate from the profits of each sale to the National Breast Cancer foundation to fund vital Breast cancer research.

Our team members are sponsored by Bisley workwear & we wear hi visibility pink to encourage talk about breast cancer awareness & our cause.

Pink was seen as effeminate within construction & we believe we are quickly changing that perception.
