Our Industry Association exists to establish minimum best practice standards for Buyer's Agents working throughout Australia.  

As the elected President of this Association, I am proud to lead the professional body at a time when the Buyer's Agent industry across Australia is expanding rapidly.  Through education and consumer advocacy, it is my goal to raise standards across the Buyers Agent industry so that consumers can feel confident about choosing a buyers agent who will always act in the best interest of their client.

Wilston Developments is a privately owned development company based in Brisbane.  Its purpose is to source land for residential and commercial development and then design and deliver quality multi-residential and commercial properties for the South-East Queensland market.  My role here includes the following:
* Researcher behind the property deals
* Analyzing market trends
* Assessing project feasibility
* Coordinating land purchase contracts
* Liaising with town planners, architects, engineers etc to create marketable spaces within a city plan scope. 
* Management of the sales process for the finished product which has included direct to market approaches.

In this role I assisted Clients in assessing the development potential of any site.  I managed the process of bringing any property to its highest and best use to maximise investment and development returns for Clients.  This role involved determining project feasibility, advising on site acquisition and site potential, obtaining development approvals, managing the design process to meet the target market, coordinating building approvals and overseeing construction of new residential homes, town homes and units.  I worked closely with the projects team and other external consultants to deliver outstanding property development results for Clients

With many years working within the public health system, being an accredited trainer with QLD Health and having obtained a Graduate Diploma and  Masters degree in Mental Health, I am now using my skills and experience to train front line workers within the health industry on how to protect themselves from occupational violence.
It is an unfortunate fact that those working within the health industry are the mostly likely to suffer from aggressive patients and violence in the workplace.
While employers have a statutory obligation to maintain a safe work environment for their staff, in some cases aggression in the workplace is not being dealt with effectively and safely.
Working with the leading health industry consulting company, HIES, I have been  providing in person and zoom training sessions to all staff in specialist medical and general practice. 
This training focuses on de-escalating techniques as well as highly practical sessions on dealing with aggressive phone calls, using body language to de-escalate aggressive patients, how and when to use self-defense depending on your state, and many other practical techniques to keep your staff safe 
We offer tailored training packages  which are delivered in house or via Zoom depending on your location and needs.
