Reiss Motivation Profile Nordic Ltd represents Reiss Motivation Profile in the Nordic countries Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland since 2012. We work as a direct licensee in close collaboration with Steven Reiss and IDS Publishing, as well as our closest partner companies RMP Switzerland and RMP Portugal.

PERCORSO
[ Focus Coaching ] è un percorso di sviluppo personale e professionale realizzato partendo dalle esperienze e dalle competenze acquisite negli ultimi vent'anni di attività.

Il percorso di Coaching si compone di 5 aspetti:
▶ Focus sull'obiettivo. Identificare un obiettivo specifico e ben formato che possieda caratteristiche di misurabilità e accessibilità.
▶ Focus sulla realtà. Scoprire ed esaminare la situazione attuale con attenzione alle abitudini e ai comportamenti migliorabili.
▶ Focus sulle emozioni. Essere consapevoli delle proprie emozioni e imparare a gestirle per generare stati d'animo potenzianti e proattivi.
▶ Focus sul processo. Stimolare lo sviluppo di una strategia che possa comprendere le azioni da compiere e la corretta direzione.
▶ Focus sulla tempistica. Stabilire una data finale per il raggiungimento dell'obiettivo e date intermedie per le verifiche e le eventuali correzioni.
