Lately, I’ve felt like I’m living… but not really alive.


The phase where you wake up, work, eat, sleep, and repeat?
That’s been me for the past few months.


I’ve felt like I’m caged inside my own home,

lazy, low on energy, and not in the mood for anything.


Even when I make plans to go out or get dressed up, something inside feels off. My face doesn’t glow like it used to.

My smiling pictures look… tired.


Everything looks normal because I am 

=Eating clean
=Not skipping my daily walks
=Working on client projects
