- Logré disminuir las cancelaciones por mora durante el primer año en un 10%, a través de la creación del proceso de acompañamiento y sensibilización al usuario, logrando ingresos adicionales por $620 millones mes. ¿Qué tienen en común el marketing y el arte?

Que ambas profesiones basan su éxito en la forma cómo logran hacer sentir y pensar a las personas.

En mi camino profesional y personal, he aprendido que, el eje central de las empresas, son las personas.

¡Personas ayudando a personas!

He aprendido que cada momento de la vida es una experiencia y que las personas no buscamos productos ni servicios para comprar; sino que buscamos vivir una experiencia a través de ellos.

Mi experiencia en empresas como Colsanitas, AXA Colpatria, Emermédica, Sonría y como consultora independiente, me ha permitido aplicar mis conocimientos en planeación estratégica, branding, comunicación, marketing digital, experiencia al cliente, fidelización y retención. Y, lo que he aprendido de todo este camino, lo puedo resumir con ejemplos:

“Las personas no buscan tener brackets o tener los dientes perfectos. Buscan sentirse seguras”

“No compran seguros o una indemnización. Compran tranquilidad y protección”

“Los pacientes no quieren ir a una clínica, ni conocer especialistas. Tampoco desean atención de rutina o preventiva. Lo que ellos quieren es tener una mejor  calidad de vida, disfrutar y vivir sus vidas”.

Soy marketera de profesión y artista de corazón. Soy muy visual, creativa, analítica y tengo mucha sensibilidad, lo cual valoro porque, después de muchos años, comprendí que el marketing y el arte no tienen que ir por caminos diferentes, de hecho, están muy conectados. Ambos buscan llegar a las personas y generar “experiencias memorables”.

Se debe ser muy visual para capturar la esencia de lo tangible e intangible y analítico para comprenderlas. Se debe tener sensibilidad para entender y llegar a las emociones de los demás.

Combino la pasión de ambas disciplinas buscando la conexión entre las marcas y los clientes, a través de emociones genuinas que logren una mutua fidelidad.
