Proudly served in the US Army as a Recon Cavalry Scout. I learned valuable leadership and management skills, alongside developing mental fortitude and resilience. This led me to receiving multiple Army Achievement Medals and the Humanitarian Medal. However, after having multiple surgeries, I was medically discharged in late-2021.

I’m no stranger to setbacks. I’ve been fired three times, medically retired from the Army, and faced repeated failures—from real estate ventures to aimless drifting. For years, I searched for a path that would stick, often met with advice to “play it safe” or “settle.” I tried that. It didn’t work. It left me stagnant—existing, not thriving.

Then, in June 2022, everything shifted. Watching my son coach kids on a basketball court, I saw him lead with purpose, turning his knowledge into impact. That moment was a wake-up call. I realized I’d been squandering my own potential, waiting for change instead of creating it.

I committed to transformation. I immersed myself in the principles of systems thinking from Charlie Munger, operational scaling from Dan Martell, and lean leverage from Justin Welsh. But knowledge alone isn’t power—it’s action that matters. So, I began running my life with the discipline of a business: time became my revenue, energy my capital, and relationships my strategic alliances. Every decision gained purpose.

That clarity led me to co-found AizenFlow, a freight-tech platform where freight professionals can find, vet, and connect with carriers across North America. Starting at $50/month, we’ve seen beta users achieve tangible results.

My philosophy is simple: life rewards outcomes, not just effort. Today, I’m building more than a company—I’m crafting freedom for my family, our customers, our team, and myself. Every failure has been a lesson; every step forward is deliberate.

I manage a warehouse team of 40+ employees and coordinate receiving, stocking, inventory, orders, packing and shipping logistics. I also negotiate and oversee our carrier contracts - including LTL, FTL, Sea, Air, UPS, FedEx & USPS. Finally, I am tasked with maintaining operational stability in the warehouse.

Here's my story.

After working in the warehouse and logistics industry for years, managing thousands of FTL shipments, I learned that shipping schedules are an operational task, not a sales one. The expectations we all need is for our products to be picked up and delivered as agreed, and communication is most important, especially when something goes wrong.
Above all, I learned how to leverage my relationships to make sure our shipments got there on schedule.

So, I decided to help others get the same benefits.
I became a FTL freight broker.

With a strong operational mindset, paired with solid relationships in the warehouse and logistics industry, I began offering consulting and brokerage services. I have healthy partnerships with carriers and stand by my word every single time and I operate with reliability and consistency, offering realistic delivery dates and competitive rates.

And it’s not just that.

I understand that shipping schedules are an operational problem. It requires a strategic approach - one that I have. I stay on top of each shipment to make sure it gets where it needs to go. Plus, you get updates all the way. This helps you look good to your customers.
