You should not post on LinkedIn every day. 

I know that goes against most “growth advice” out there.

Here's what you should do instead:

1. Put quality over frequency
 One solid post that makes someone think, save it, or DM you will always beat five posts no one remembers. 

2. Avoid burnout (it’s real)
 Most founders and operators already have enough on their plate.
 Posting just to stay “consistent” can slowly kill your energy and your creativity.

3. Overcome algorithm fatigue
When you post too often, your own posts compete with each other, leading to a lower engagement. Give each piece of content enough time to breathe lol.

4. Spend time engaging with others
Reply to comments. Send thoughtful DMs. Support other creators.
That’s where real relationships and opportunities actually come from.

LinkedIn doesn’t need more posts.

It definitely doesn’t need AI slop repeating the same old boring ideas.

What it needs is people who actually have something to say, and the ability to say it well.

Here are the 5 things I check in the first 60 seconds:
 
1. Google your business name.
If your website isn't the first result, you have a visibility problem. If your competitor shows up before you, it's worse than you think.
 
2. Check your Google reviews. 
Not just the number but the recency. 200 reviews but the last one was 6 months ago? Google notices. Your customers notice more.
 
3. Open your website on your phone. 
If it takes more than 3 seconds to load, 53% of visitors have already left. They didn't see your services. They didn't see your portfolio. They bounced.
 
4. Look for a clear call-to-action. 
"Contact us" buried in the footer isn't a CTA. A phone number that's not clickable on mobile isn't a CTA. Make it stupid easy for someone to reach you.
 
5. Search "[your service] near me" on Google. 
Are you in the top 3 map results? If not, you're invisible to the people actively searching for what you sell.
 
60 seconds. 5 checks. Most businesses fail at least 3.
