Ensured optimal product flow and presentation to consumers and met category financial goals (margin, profit, revenue, turns) by enhancing collaboration across support teams. Assisted in development, design, and launch of Cabela’s brand name products, which provided over $10M in revenue at higher margin than class standard.  Negotiated and helped design several $1 million+ revenue exclusive offers from branded partners differentiating from competitors and creating unique assortments.  

Increased revenue by driving sales and profitability targets with SKU count over 4K inventory SKUs and 2K drop ship SKUs. Increased GM%, sales, and turns by 200 bps year-over-year while creating 30% SKU reduction for regionally targeted Fall assortments; relevant assortment facilitated 7% increase in October 2017 sales and beat margin plan by 111 bps and down $3M inventory to plan and $7M to LY.
