I didn’t own a cell phone until I started University.

In my environment, girls were kept "protected." 

→ The belief was simple: stay focused on your studies and wait until you are mature enough for the world.

My mother, who only completed 5th grade, made our education her life’s mission.

I grew into myself.

Here’s my honest take:

The time we spend forcing likes on random posts, could be used to make our own content better.

I know organic likes are slow. Sometimes you post and nothing happens. It hurts the ego a little.

But honestly?

That still feels better than typing “amazing insight 🔥” on a post you barely scrolled.

I’d rather grow quietly than fake excitement loudly.

If likes aren’t coming yet, fine.

Improve the post. Say it clearer. Post again.

Trying again is easier, than acting impressed all day.

Hard truth: The hardest job on LinkedIn isn’t growth.

It’s pretending in pods 😒.

Microsoft’s leadership changes say more about AI strategy than any product launch

Microsoft recently updated its senior leadership structure.

More commercial responsibility was delegated, while Satya Nadella keeps direct focus on technology, platforms, and AI.

No bold announcements.

No dramatic pivots.

Just a structural adjustment that reflects a simple reality:
when AI becomes material to how a company operates, accountability and ownership have to change with it.

Microsoft continues to invest in internal AI teams and infrastructure, alongside existing partnerships, treating AI as a long-term, company-wide priority - not a side initiative.

The takeaway for other leaders isn’t “copy Microsoft’s org chart.”

It’s this:
AI strategy doesn’t live in tools or models.

I've been watching the Claude Code ecosystem evolve since it launched.

The amount of frameworks, custom setups, and "must-have" configurations exploding across Twitter and LinkedIn is wild.

Here's what nobody's saying:
Most of it is solving last year's problems - The models got dramatically better. Opus 4.5 maintains context and understands intent in ways that seemed impossible 12 months ago.

Native features absorbed the essentials - Plan mode, Q&A workflows, task tracking—the scaffolding people built frameworks for is now just... built-in.

Complexity became the product - Everyone's selling elaborate systems when vanilla Claude Code handles 90% of professional work just fine.

Watching how Claude Code evolved this past year has been fascinating. The workflow that professional builders have always needed - plan before you build, clarify before you code - is now native.

What this actually looks like:

That matters - especially when:

• investor patience keeps shrinking
• and “AI adoption” no longer impresses anyone

What this deal actually signals:

1) 𝗥𝗢𝗜 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.
Meta didn’t buy a research story. It bought a product that moves a P&L line.

2) 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗻.
Agents matter only when they close loops - research → action → output - inside real systems.

3) 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆.
When compute is expensive, demos don’t survive. Monetization does.

4) 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀.
The value isn’t the model. It’s how work is defined, owned, measured, and enforced.

The takeaway isn’t “build agents like Manus.”
It’s harsher than that.

If your AI can’t:
• replace real workflow steps
• operate with clear ownership
• justify its cost under pressure
…it won’t matter how impressive the demo looks.

The next phase of AI won’t reward intelligence.

It will reward 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀.

If your AI disappeared tomorrow -
would anyone notice on the P&L?

That answer tells you where you really stand.

Jensen Huang just said something that should terrify every CTO.
On Joe Rogan's podcast last month, he dropped this:

"AI, unlike previous technologies... is the first time we have technology that can actually use tools by itself."

Let that sink in.

Excel? A tool humans use. Web browsers? Tools humans use. AI? Uses tools on its own.

This is why the tool industry is worth trillions.

But the tool USER industry? $100 trillion.
