Yesterday I attended a networking event in NJ organized by Yonah Weiss, and it was incredible to finally meet so many people I’ve only interacted with on LinkedIn.

A few takeaways:

Recourse vs. Non-Recourse: The Difference Most Investors Don’t Learn Until They’re in a Deal.


Recourse Loans — What It Means:
You personally guarantee repayment.

☑️ If the property can’t cover the debt, the lender can pursue personal assets (subject to state law).

Non-Recourse Loans — What It Means:

“bad boy carve-outs” (fraud, misrepresentation, waste, etc.) where recourse can activate.

I will spend my day commenting and not posting.

I am taking upon my self to start jumping rope as an exercise.

just started jumping rope with zero experience, and it’s both awkward and exciting. 

Like real estate, I’m learning you don’t wait to be perfect—you just start.

I watched a few videos, picked a mentor I liked, and followed their basics. It made jumping in feel way less intimidating.

The first days were full of tripping and losing rhythm. 

But small wins, like landing a few clean jumps, keep me going.

Now I practice 10 minutes a day and it’s already getting more fun. 

Next goal: build stamina and try simple tricks.
