- Worked on various time sensitive tasks on other projects such as drafting the site plan for new on boarding projects using the provided surveys
- Drafted detail drawings for the barn doors of a project for the millworker; modeled in Revit and calculated the material take off
- Assisted in the custom modeling of the staircases for both main projects
- Contacted vendors, specifically a wood cladding supplier, requesting pricing and samples of their products
- Drafted a REScheck for a project to make sure it is in compliance with the latest New York Energy Code
- Coordinated exchange of drawings with the structural and mechanical engineers as well as surveyors

- Created InDesign LPC Presentations for several private brownstone, townhouse and loft projects for Landmarks approval. Including finding zoning restrictions, historical images, specification sheets of HVAC equipment if applicable, site line section drawings etc.
- Created InDesign Presentation - that gave the clients options in terms of the design for fixtures and finishes

- Assisted  with redline edits for the new in-house office layout proposal
- Created a rhino model regarding a proposed custom vanity for the penthouse renovation
- Drafted plans and elevations in ArchiCAD under the guidance of the lead junior architect 
- Surveyed several apartment common spaces and units with the assistance of the other designers. The apartments were in Harlem and to be gut renovated. These drawings were drafted in AutoCAD.
- Researched interior furnishings specifications, potential furnishings for a youth learning center in Nicaragua. Noted on the RCP drawing the type of furnishings that will be used on the learning center. 
- Taking the lead in the firms marketing initiatives such as updating the dwell website with project images. Used a separate scheduling platform, Planoly, to create auto posts on social media. 
- Designed the firm newsletter that contained past and current project initiatives. Sent this through MailChimp.

Freelance Architectural Designer

- Reviewed SD drawings for UPC projects to identify any programming and sf changes on the project, for cost estimating services
- Supported the UPC team in drafting materials in response to RFPs, including document layout, graphic design production and quality control. Developed presentation materials for client interviews.
- Performed architectural related tasks including creating an excel chart noting specific warranty information and substantial completion period on projects.
- Researched real estate information for UPC clients including comparable site costs.
- Assisted with administrative needs such as taking meeting minutes, typing up meeting minutes, and accounts payable.
- Coordinated with vendors the purchase and delivery of items for both in-house and client projects. 
- Served as the Move Manager for our office move. Including procuring a moving company, managing relocation process i.e. transferring or discontinuing utilities, services and acquiring the necessary Certificates of Insurance. 
- Designed new layout schemes for the smaller satellite office at new location WeWork. 
- Served as APM for a UPC project. Tasks included coordinating and attending program meetings with the UPC client, a non-profit community service center. Assisted in creating project schedules and cost estimating outlines for the project.

- Assisted with redline edits to CD details and drawings of 99 Church St, a signature restaurant project
- Contacted various vendors and suppliers to request samples for the office and contractor
- Started to draft a few millwork drawings, under the guidance of the Senior Architectural Designer. All work was done in AutoCAD and with XREFS.
