• Recognized as top 7% performer by FICO CEO after resurrecting $35M project in dire straits; within 12 hours of investigating issue, identified the problem and proposed a solution. 

• Provided SME to implement Originations Manager—which is a top 3 software product for FICO—providing leadership and direction to accelerate frequency of deals, from only a few prior to joining the company, to enabling 70 throughout tenure.

I joined sister companies Conigent and Wodify at the same time.

As the CTO and Lead Architect for projects in the OutSystems Agile Platform, I worked with a range of enterprise clients as well as for Wodify, the leading SaaS application for functional fitness athletes and gyms.

(During my time with Wodify, the company grew from 10 gyms and 1K users to 2.5K gyms and 300K users, logging 2M performance results per month.)

• Built a world-class OutSystems development practice from the ground up by recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring other developers. Conducted employee reviews, terminations, and other leadership responsibilities.

• Designed and implemented integration with Lawson M3, Infor ION, and many others.
