Key responsibilities:

• Team Management: hire and manage a team of Behavioural Recruitment Executives, taking full responsibility for their induction, development, performance and future progression within the company
• Operations: create and develop key internal processes including; interview and recruitment strategy, induction program, training tools, time management structure, goal tracking, and personal development plans
• Overseas coordination: build, develop and successfully integrate a team of employees in other countries including travelling to and ensuring company cohesion across these markets
• Strategy: head up the recruitment department and work closely with other department heads to develop and implement new strategies to improve repeat business and meet company targets
