Most enterprise marketing systems don’t fail loudly.
What I see much more often is the opposite: things mostly work, but feel heavier every year.

I usually get involved when marketing leaders realise that scale has quietly changed the rules. Global teams, more data, more pressure for accountability (and systems that are harder and harder to explain, even to the people running them).

At Kapturall, we spend most of our time inside real Marketo instances, not slides. Our job is to make sure that what was designed on paper still holds up in production — with real data, real timing issues, and real teams working across regions.

We operate one of the largest Marketo-only teams in Europe, supporting complex global setups across EMEA and the Americas. But what really defines our work isn’t size — it’s proximity to reality. We’re usually the ones people call when things technically “work”, but nobody feels fully confident touching them anymore.

Over the years, this has meant helping organisations regain trust in their data, reduce dependency on heroics, and replace fragile workarounds with systems that behave predictably. Not by adding more tools, but by aligning how people, processes, and platforms actually interact day to day.

Most conversations start around familiar signals:
– global standards that exist, but don’t quite hold everywhere
– teams spending more time fixing than improving
– reporting that raises more questions than answers
– systems that are critical, but increasingly hard to change safely
