Hotelbeds Group is the world's leading travel services provider. My main responsibilities included:

• Manage all marketing automation-related processes with a focus on Acquisition, Onboarding, and Lost Client Recovery. The programs run across 7 time zones,15 languages and sum 50+ touches (email, retargeting, in tool messages and sales actions)
• Develop the main marketing operations infrastructure including attribution, lead scoring, nurture programs, segmentation
• Drive data cleaning efforts, enrichment and validation to ensure an accurate marketing database and consistency across tools. Reduce DB size by 30%
• Work closely with Salesforce admins to monitor and further improve sales pipeline, data points and sync between Marketo and Salesforce. Reduced sync errors by 70%
• Build best practices, governance and processes for marketing automation and use of Marketo by our global team of 30+ members. This translates to program templates, naming conventions, approval flow and correct use of assets/segmentation
• Develop global training programs in the use and administration of marketing automation. Deliver the sessions to our growing community of 30+ Marketo users 
• Support the migration of 2 other large businesses (Tourico and GTA) to Hotelbeds via automation programs - both marketing and operational. Build the onboarding program for all migrating clients
• Develop our Martech stack by acquiring new tools and integrating them. Empower the marketing team to become more efficient by using technology
• Build the first Marketing Automation team at Hotelbeds and manage the workload of 3 MA Specialists

Falcon.io provides a unified SaaS platform for social media management. 

My role spreads across the overall design, execution, and optimization of activities across the customer lifecycle journey.

 • End to end campaign management. Develop and deliver weekly email marketing campaigns with a focus on awareness, adoption, and engagement. 
• Build workflows and trigger campaigns to drive the implementation of main automation tactics.
• Support marketing strategy and lead gen through analysis and segmentation/targeting recommendations for marketing programs.
• Create weekly performance reports and continuously monitor the health of KPI’s.
• Manage database hygiene.
• Work closely with Salesforce Admins to ensure optimal data flow to/from Marketo and Salesforce across all objects including leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts.

• Ownership of marketing email inboxes - manage direct incoming messages, soft and hard bounces, unsubscribes.
• Ensure a clean and accurate database from all data sources.
