The senior finance role gave the opportunity to help build and deliver the successful business strategy and participation in the journey of a small Jersey company evolving into one of Europe's most exciting and innovative online beauty retail businesses.

Brian's finance experience help deliver an assured management of the group's working capital in an extremely fast growing retail business and in the successful rounds of planned fund raising. Responsibilities ranged from managing areas of finance, taxation, company secretarial, insurance, property matters and, in the early days, HR. The successful delivery of 4 acquisitions, group operations restructuring and group tax restructuring were also achievements of note.
