My signature programme Reset uses a blend of breathwork and transformational mindset coaching to help you truly reset  where you need it. Reset your nervous system, reset your sleep, your health, reset your belief system, reset your values and start again. In doing this you will begin to feel more confident, clear and content in yourself, with your life and the future as well as reconnecting and realigning to your truest self and break away from the ailments that chronic stress and anxiety have been burdening you with. 

Together we will align your core values and what lights you up and makes you feel good, we will reconnect back to your body so that you feel like it is working WITH you and not against you. We will dig beneath the surface and work through any limiting thoughts, beliefs or habits that are holding you back from moving forwards in the way that you want to in life. Through guided breathwork techniques we will work on regulating your nervous system to feel more calm everyday as well as arm you with a toolkit you can lean on to help bring you back down and come back into alignment during those moments of high stress and overwhelm. 

You will learn to be able to listen to your intuition and be confident and empowered when making decisions, have clarity in what you want from your future and the confidence to go out there and make it happen. 

Over the course of the 8 weeks you will reset…begin to look at life with a whole new positive perspective, feel calm, be able to create more balance in your life, come out of flight or fight mode that you have been living in and regain control of yourself, your life  and your happiness.

Through my coaching programmes, workshops and individual sessions, my aim is to support you on your journey to regulating your nervous system in times of worry and anxiety, to release trapped emotions that have been holding you back. 

My aim is to support your daily mindset to one that has clarity, excitement and new found sense of confidence in your future. Instead of feeling lost and disempowered, you will begin to feel more contentment in your life everyday and have the tools to support you in those moments of need, overwhelm and anxiety.

Highly skilled and experienced GBPA accredited Breathwork Teacher and ACCP certified Mindset Coach. With over 4 years of experience in the field, I am passionate about empowering individuals and organisations to optimise their mental and physical health through breathwork and mindset coaching. 

As a breathwork facilitator I work closely with leaders, entrepreneurs and individuals who live in a fast paced life to regulate their nervous system, reconnect to their truest self and begin to heal from the stressors of burnout, fatigue, anxiety and lack of connection.

As a coach, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them to achieve their goals and maximise their potential. Using a variety of evidence-based techniques to help clients, manage stress, improve wellbeing, overcome limiting beliefs and enhance their performance. This includes functional breathwork, pranayama breathwork and conscious connected breathwork.
 
My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, and the importance of addressing both mental and physical health to achieve optimal wellbeing. Creating a safe and relaxed space, using science to explain the principles behind her practises and tools to take away and use forever.
