I'm currently developing a tech platform to connect changemakers who are ready to tackle the world's most pressing issues, from poverty to climate change and inequalities. We are still in the validation stage and looking for passionate people who want to get involved in any form or degree. If that sounds like you, please DM me now! 

Back in 2014, I started developing an interest in international development. A few trips to Western Sahara and the largest slums in Asia and Africa opened my eyes.

Since then, I've spent a large chunk of my spare time volunteering and collaborating with non-profits. I started a local chapter of Engineers Without Borders UK and ran it for nearly 2 years. I organised events with over 50 changemakers. I became a Trustee for a homelessness charity for over a year. I went 3 months volunteering as a Team Leader in a rural village in Nepal. 

Some people spend their life looking for their purpose in life. I was lucky enough to find it at age 25. 

My purpose in life is to change the world / make a difference / make an impact / help those who need it the most / eradicate poverty / end climate change / call it however you want. 

And I've realised that the most impactful thing I can do as an individual in my life is to help connect changemakers so that they can join forces and amplify their impacts. That's why I started Good Ripple - because we do need the good ripple effect that happens when 2 changemakers come together - the power of people gets unleashed. 

I'm committed to dedicating the rest of my life to helping those who need it the most, through empowering the people who are already helping them. And I believe TechForGood is the key to achieving the SDGs by 2030.

The Takeoff Institute is an intensive 8-week program that prepares Black undergraduate students to launch successful young professional careers. The program provides hands-on training, access to Black executives, and resources to equip students with the skills they need to succeed.

•	Pioneered an innovative workflow of fiber-sizing to reduce wasted materials by 90% and enhanced efficiency by reducing time required to size carbon fibers by 50%
•	Developed a Python script that searches for keywords in a research papers and rates the relevance of the paper, significantly reducing the time to find relevant research material by 90% 
•	Used state-of-the-art computer programs to analyze thermal properties of bio-based materials thereby improving the quality of fabricated composites

Undergraduate Research Assistant

•	Fabricated and assembled 50,000 face-shields and collaborated with a team of 4 researchers to create computer model designs for mask-straps to help my university campus manage the COVID-19 pandemic
•	Co-authoring research paper to provide insight into the environmental impact of fabricated glass-fiber composites over their full life cycle
•	Advised on financing of SimaPro software to prioritize cost-effectiveness over the project’s entire lifecycle

Undergraduate Summer Intern

•	Analyzed a range of price-points to determine the most affordable, highest quality filters to be used in our sustainability research
•	Developed an independent research project to collect, test and analyze lint samples in order to provide data-supported research on microplastic pollution on campus
•	Analyzed research findings to distill pertinent information on microplastics pollution and made recommendations to reduce microplastic pollution on 14 on-campus dorms

•	Utilized Fusion 360 and AutoCAD to prototype a high-volume manufacturable intelligent speaker
•	Collaborated with 2 Product Design Engineers to embed Google Assistant as well as Natural Language Processing capabilities into a smart speaker that communicates with and tracks the mental health of the device’s users
•	Presented at the 2021 Google HPS Lightning Talks where I engaged one-on-one with 50 students and 23 Engineers to develop smarter ways to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship on my college campus
