I'm currently developing a tech platform to connect changemakers who are ready to tackle the world's most pressing issues, from poverty to climate change and inequalities. Back in 2014, I started developing an interest in international development. A few trips to Western Sahara and the largest slums in Asia and Africa opened my eyes.

Since then, I've spent a large chunk of my spare time volunteering and collaborating with non-profits. I started a local chapter of Engineers Without Borders UK and ran it for nearly 2 years. I organised events with over 50 changemakers. I became a Trustee for a homelessness charity for over a year. I went 3 months volunteering as a Team Leader in a rural village in Nepal. 

Some people spend their life looking for their purpose in life. I was lucky enough to find it at age 25. 

My purpose in life is to change the world / make a difference / make an impact / help those who need it the most / eradicate poverty / end climate change / call it however you want. 

And I've realised that the most impactful thing I can do as an individual in my life is to help connect changemakers so that they can join forces and amplify their impacts. That's why I started Good Ripple - because we do need the good ripple effect that happens when 2 changemakers come together - the power of people gets unleashed. 

I'm committed to dedicating the rest of my life to helping those who need it the most, through empowering the people who are already helping them. And I believe TechForGood is the key to achieving the SDGs by 2030.

In this role I am:
- Keeping the job platform of the female factor updated, managing the job posting and employer profiles
- Managing client requests for uploads and changes to the platform
- Improving the efficiency and automized multiple Airtable databases and KPIs dashboards 
- Conduct user research via qualitative interviews
- Supporting in the definition the product development roadmap

Digital Product Coordinator

- Database management and support in day-to-day operations (Airtable & Wix)
- Opportunities scouting for our job platform and research for & evaluation of potential partners & clients including direct outreach of 20 valid leads weekly

Data support

- Copywriting of blogposts, a mentee guide, several automated emails and presentations
- Event management for the Limitless Mentoring Conference & the Global Limitless Conference

- Analysis of social media data to deliver performance, brand positioning and perception reports
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and meet them using our digital platform

KPI6 is the Consumer Intelligence suite that companies use to best identify consumer needs, critical insights and define audiences.

KPI6 was created to offer a new consumer insights model to be used alone or in combination with other market research tools or companies' own data.

We provide the critical strategic insights a company needs to drive innovation, opportunity assessment, strategic planning, segmentation, creative development and media strategy using alternative unsolicited and more relevant sources like online reviews, social and web panels, digital open data and more. And then our proprietary Artificial Intelligence extracts relevant insights, patterns and more.

Delivery Hero is present in around 50 countries across four continents and is on a mission to deliver anything, straight to customers’ doors. I worked in Delivery Hero's headquarters are based in Berlin, with around 1,700 Heroes from over 100 nationalities.

As a Brand Research Intern I:
- Prepared and analysed global questionnaire data via SPSS and Excel, presenting the data in 5+ comprehensive reports sent to our European offices
- Delivered results on Ad Hoc projects also using internal advertising survey tools
- Improved analysis efficiencies for the entire Research Team

Brand Research Intern

flOasis

flOasis (now acquired by Flatio) was a network that fostered connection, wellbeing, and productivity for digital nomads all over the world.

As a marketing intern, I:
- Co-created and implemented the community newsletter via Mailchimp, also thanks to an ad-hoc survey
- Delivered a comprehesive research on best practices for community building
- Curated the listings (in English) of 10+ stays on the flOasis website
- Developed the content strategy for our Facebook group

Marketing Intern

I use data to drive decision-making and enhance the shopping experience of millions of customers around the world who enjoy Oniverse's brands.

I have experience in different fields, from social listening to direct market research. Not only that, I have also developed and interest and worked in website content and strategy management, as well as community building. However, right now my main focus is on data analytics and management, as I am supporting with both ad hoc analysis and data models for cross-functional dashboards.
