* Ottimizzazione logistica e supply chain: assicurare una fornitura di provviste (pannolini, cibo etc.) e il corretto funzionamento e manutenzione delle attrezzature (passeggino, seggiolino, culla etc.) e delle strutture (la casa). Delivery just-in-time di pasti caldi per tutta la famiglia, bilanciando insourcing e outsourcing senza sacrificare la qualità.
* Capacità di adattamento e flessibilità: adattarmi a nuove routine (soprattutto notturne) e situazioni impreviste, sviluppando una notevole flessibilità. Queste abilità sono essenziali per navigare con successo gli ambienti di lavoro dinamici e in costante cambiamento.
* Problem solving e creatività: affrontare sfide quotidiane che richiedevano soluzioni immediate e creative, con approccio test&learn, in un contesto in cui la preparazione e pianificazione sono spesso inutili vista l’elevata incertezza dello scenario di riferimento.

- Setup the organizational structure and hired c-level and core team.

Ho mosso i primi passi in BCG e da lí vengo. Vuol dire che mi piacciono l’azione, le belle presentazioni e i numeri.

Poi sono stato il co-founder e CMO di NeN. Ho imparato tanto da un team che si occupava di tutti gli aspetti del marketing che sono descrivibili con parole inglesi e acronimi: SEM, SEO, CRO, SMM, content, analytics, performance marketing. E tanto tanto brand.

Ho poi aiutato l’azienda più grossa d’italia (Poste) ad entrare nel settore dell’energia. Un progetto gigantesco e complessissimo. 

E ora ci sono due società di energia che provano a cambiare le cose, e c’è stata una crisi mondiale ogni volta che ci ho provato: mica male come curriculum.

Oggi, con Serenis lavoro per rendere il benessere mentale accessibile a tutti, grazie al digitale. E per fare di Serenis un’azienda fantastica così che miglioriamo la vita di un sacco di persone.

Quando mi invitano, mi piace parlare ai giovani e meno giovani di marketing, digitale, startup, comunicazione. Mi piace tanto parlare. Per recuperare, una volta sono stato in silenzio e solitudine 10 giorni di fila.

Come primo lavoro faccio il papà di Sofia Sole ed Edoardo, e il marito di Alice.  
E poi fotografie, pizza, e sempre meno sport del necessario.
