Responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, cash management, banking relations, risk management, human resources, office administration and IT.  Manage staff of 5.
•	Successfully manage cash flow in a difficult environment - multiple years of no profits, strict financial covenants on our ABL line, recent years of tremendous growth requiring constant monitoring and negotiating terms to allow for sufficient cash during seasonal periods.   
•	Integral part of securing three separate ABL lines with three banks.  With the CFO, negotiated terms tailored to our complex company structure, managed due diligence process, Developed model to allow me to complete monthly BBC more timely .
•	Member of team in creation of Joint Venture which required a very complicated construct.  Developed accounting processes and flows designed to work with the complicated construct of the JV to satisfy both member companies reporting requirements and ability of split the collateral between the two companies to satisfy rigid bank risk requirements.
•	Work closely with all phases of our company - sales, operations, regulatory, development and customer service to help grow the company from $44M in sales to $117M in sales.  Accomplished this by gaining an understanding of all phases of our company and utilizing my financial and analytical skills to offer insight, reporting help, excel models and worked closely with customers and vendors to maximize their satisfaction and our cash flow.   
•	Integral part of conversion to JD Edwards, including process flows and report design.  
•	Successfully changed our HR model by leaving a PEO and negotiating excellent benefits (with a very mature group of participants) and setting up payroll saving the company $84,000 per year.
•	Continuous improvement to budget and forecasting models to adapt to growing and changing business model, including the addition of the JV which required specialized budget and forecasting needs.

Controller/HR/IT

Consultant

•	Interim Controller for a transportation/warehouse company comprised of four separate companies.  
•	Interim Controller for a recruiting/staffing company – integrated purchased company into existing company accounting system and developed beginning balance sheet.  
•	Controller for bio-tech services company.  Brought financials into GAAP compliance and participated heavily in conversion from QuickBooks to Macola ES.  Developed management and other ad hoc reports. Produced monthly and quarterly forecasts.

Navman

Successfully managed day-to-day operations including: finance, logistics, customer support, and sales support.  Directly managed a staff of 3 and indirectly managed a staff of 7.  Was offered a transfer when operations consolidated in Chicago.
•	Interfaced with global management and operations personnel on logistic and financial matters relating to financial reporting, forecasting, demand planning, operations, distribution, inventory, complex sales analysis and strategic planning.
•	Designed, improved and implemented processes and procedures to ensure enhanced efficiency and accuracy of financial statements and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
•	Successfully managed the OPEX budget to ensure results came in at or below forecast (up to 20%)
