After returning from a service mission for two years and starting school, I got my first college job at this call center. I was on outbound for about three months and since I did well, I guess they wanted me to take inbound calls. We received calls from people looking to repair their credit and we'd sell a one hundred dollar monthly service that sent letters to their creditors to remove items and fix potential errors.

I started in door to door in 1998, selling pest control accounts for Orkin. I've been selling and training door-to-door sales reps since that time. 

I've written 2 books: Door-to-Door Millionaire: Secrets of Making the Sale & MORE Door-to-Door Millionaire: Next-Level Training. 

I'm the CEO of Rove Pest Control and D2D Millionaire which helps business owners build successful door-to-door programs and improve sales training. I've worked with start-ups and companies valued in the billions. 

My wife and I have been married for 26 years and have 5 children ages 21, 19, 17, 15 & 2!

Some interesting facts about me are, I'm an only child, I never missed a day of school from kindergarten through college, I served a 2-year church mission in Washington DC, I'm a tres leches fanatic and love almost anything with coconut in it.
