A large Tier-1 Investment Bank are undergoing a large-scale phased migration to the Murex trading platform across the Global Banking, Global Markets & Wealth Management businesses.  The project utilises agile methodologies and involves multiple functions including trading, sales, finance, operations, treasury and compliance. 

Verifying requirements with Sales and Trading, design teams and control functions (including interaction with JIRA)
Configuring trading desks according to new booking models across various trading desks and products including trading books and accounts
Analysing large sets of trade data (trading position data, trade volumes etc)
Co-ordinating setup of sub-desks, books, settlement configuration, allocations etc.
Resolving complex issues with the design across the trade lifecycle with multiple systems
Creating Operational Acceptance Criteria for control functions
Developing detailed plans for multiple overlapping migrations 
Designed tracking and project management templates in MS Project and Excel to enhance the team’s ability to deal with a significant increase in the Deloitte scope
Performed a proof of concept using the Cutover tool to track go-live tasks and analyse bottlenecks and sanitised for use on future clients
