I advise clients on product type and in use, quota, inventory, budget and production. Furthermore, I analyze and coordinate the worldwide complaints including the underlying processes. 
Finally, I translate legal, fiscal, commercial and technical documents into French and English. 
In this role I have as a customer brought in emerging markets. The majority (80%) of these clients have become regular customers. Three-quarters of customers rated the contact with me as with a 7.5 rating.
