Years ago I used to be very active playing sports such as volleyball, soccer, played physical games as well as cycling.

During my journey I have gone off and on again when it came to eating healthy and exercising.  Within recent years I have struggled to lose weight due to being an accounting assistant and being pretty sedentary.  

After trying on different clothes, I found that my clothes didn't fit well anymore and made me feel self-conscious so I decided to better improve my health by increasing my energy and toning up through exercise.

This included:
• coordinating with local teams to ensure smooth installation, deployment and implementation. 
• managing the financial aspects of the program, including asset and cashflow management.
• working closely with manufacturing and production teams to troubleshoot any issues that arose and to continuously improve the performance of the robots. 
• provided weekly updates to senior leadership on the progress of the deployment, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. 

There were several valuable learned lessons and best practices that helped to ensure the success of the program:
• The value of using a lean methodology to streamline the deployment process. By focusing on continuous improvement and eliminating waste, the teams were able to reduce costs and speed up the rollout by close collaboration with local teams and integrators, to ensure that any issues were quickly identified and resolved.
• The importance of clear communication and regular updates to senior leadership. By providing regular updates on the progress of the deployment, the teams were able to stay on track and make any necessary course corrections along the way. 
• Usage of strong skills in financial management, including the ability to effectively manage assets and cashflow from different sites. This included developing and maintaining budgets, analyzing financial data to inform decision-making, and forecasting future financial needs.

Overall, as a Regional Program Manager for COBOTS deployment, it was highlighted the importance of using best practices and a lean approach to drive successful program deployment, as well as the value of effective financial management, the need of effective communication and collaboration in driving success, which helped to increase efficiency and productivity for the manufacturing Plants.
