The responsibilities of my role were based on six main areas: Customer Success Management, Product Training & Development, Statistical Analysis, Project Management, and Consultancy work. 

-	Customer Success Management:  Communication and managing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Working closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

-	Project Management:  Responsible for planning, executing and promoting activities that a project undertakes over its timeline. With a strong role in leadership, principal architect, and communication management. Working with clients across Europe, Asia, Australasia, and the USA

-	Product Training: Our products and client projects are based our software and the usage of multiple programming languages to achieve the multi-platform solution. I also conducted training for products to clients & staff, along with customized training for customized solutions. Documenting our products into FAQs and user manuals was another area I specialized in.

-	Product Development: Collaboration with R&D to provide insight into product development by identifying potential sub products & services, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, and time-integrated plans for product testing and introduction.

-        Statistical Analysis: Using our report tool to generate & analyse data from our projects.

-	Consultancy:  Working in partnership with clients, advising them how to use our information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. The focus was to improve the structure and efficiency of data research in various organisations.
