Wilston Developments is a privately owned development company based in Brisbane.  Its purpose is to source land for residential and commercial development and then design and deliver quality multi-residential and commercial properties for the South-East Queensland market.  My role here includes the following:
* Researcher behind the property deals
* Analyzing market trends
* Assessing project feasibility
* Coordinating land purchase contracts
* Liaising with town planners, architects, engineers etc to create marketable spaces within a city plan scope. 
* Management of the sales process for the finished product which has included direct to market approaches.

I managed the process of bringing any property to its highest and best use to maximise investment and development returns for Clients.  This role involved determining project feasibility, advising on site acquisition and site potential, obtaining development approvals, managing the design process to meet the target market, coordinating building approvals and overseeing construction of new residential homes, town homes and units.  I worked closely with the projects team and other external consultants to deliver outstanding property development results for Clients
