My focus has been on aligning commercial efforts, unlocking cross-brand synergies, and delivering integrated, end-to-end solutions across the clinical development spectrum — from first-in-human studies through to regulatory success.

I also served as Integration Lead for CRS, embedding the organization within the broader hVIVO Group to ensure strategic alignment, operational cohesion, and shared growth.

Working closely with biotech and pharma clients, my goal has been to position hVIVO Group as a high-impact, science-led partner that accelerates development timelines while safeguarding quality and patient safety.

As Chief Commercial Officer of CRS Clinical Research Services, a leading full-service CRO specializing in early-phase and special population trials, I spearheaded global commercial strategy and business development efforts that directly contributed to the company’s acquisition by hVIVO plc (London Stock Exchange: HVO).

Leading a cross-functional international team across Business Development, Inside Sales, and Marketing, I drove revenue growth, expanded key client partnerships, and positioned CRS as a strategic asset—culminating in its successful acquisition. The transaction validated CRS’s leadership in Phase I FIM and complex patient populations, while enabling hVIVO to enhance its European footprint and early-stage clinical trial capabilities.

This milestone underscored our ability to deliver scalable value, accelerate market expansion, and attract strategic investment—further solidifying CRS’s legacy in the CRO space.

Motorola Solutions

Portfolio manager for all Data Applications on ASTRO 25 Systems, including the development of an Applications strategy, defining marketing requirements via the Voice of the Customer (VOC) process, planning and prioritizing features and budget for portfolio and product roadmaps, performing financial analysis of the roadmaps, sourcing the applications internally and externally, securing the funding, and managing the P&L.  Grew the business to over $3M in direct sales in a year.

Responsible for the business development and worldwide marketing of Motorola’s Data Applications over ASTRO 25 Systems including GPS Location systems, presence solutions, and over the air programming.  This includes managing the product leadership team by interfacing with System Architects and Engineers to define requirements, managing the User Interface / User Experience, working with serviceability teams on serviceability requirements, working with the factory and third party suppliers for inventory assuredness, participating in writing global documentation for technical product manuals, and developing launch plans for marketplace introduction.

Developed all marketing communications material, including internal and supplier-focused websites, customer sales presentations, customer and internal team training, product and solution-level brochures, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Successfully launched and drove the initiative to establish Motorola’s technology as an APCO P25 Standard for over the air digital radio communications for location solutions for Federal, State/Province, and local public safety agencies in North America.

Managed Third Party suppliers, including licensing Motorola’s proprietary technology to Applications Suppliers with a Qualification Process and Certification Program.  Managed business relationship with multiple equipment providers, including negotiating legal agreements, business growth plans, inventory supplies, and last time buys.

Senior Portfolio and Product Marketing Manager, Data Applications

Created, hired, and managed a team of Quality Managers responsible for factory quality issues, customer technical issue resolution, and third party supplier quality.

Created an initiative to improve Third Party Supplier quality by launching joint quality programs with over 50 suppliers, including supplier quality assessments, Supplier Scorecard metrics, and rewards for quality.

Led the roll out of the Six Sigma Green Belt quality certification program to the division, including defining program requirements, corporate-wide training, and mentoring participants on their quality initiatives.
