My focus has been on aligning commercial efforts, unlocking cross-brand synergies, and delivering integrated, end-to-end solutions across the clinical development spectrum — from first-in-human studies through to regulatory success.

I also served as Integration Lead for CRS, embedding the organization within the broader hVIVO Group to ensure strategic alignment, operational cohesion, and shared growth.

Working closely with biotech and pharma clients, my goal has been to position hVIVO Group as a high-impact, science-led partner that accelerates development timelines while safeguarding quality and patient safety.

As Chief Commercial Officer of CRS Clinical Research Services, a leading full-service CRO specializing in early-phase and special population trials, I spearheaded global commercial strategy and business development efforts that directly contributed to the company’s acquisition by hVIVO plc (London Stock Exchange: HVO).

Leading a cross-functional international team across Business Development, Inside Sales, and Marketing, I drove revenue growth, expanded key client partnerships, and positioned CRS as a strategic asset—culminating in its successful acquisition. The transaction validated CRS’s leadership in Phase I FIM and complex patient populations, while enabling hVIVO to enhance its European footprint and early-stage clinical trial capabilities.

This milestone underscored our ability to deliver scalable value, accelerate market expansion, and attract strategic investment—further solidifying CRS’s legacy in the CRO space.

Stepping into the role of Chief Commercial Officer at CRS Clinical Research Services, a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) renowned for its 40-year expertise in early-phase clinical trials my mandate is focused on shaping the company’s strategic direction and fostering growth across the global markets. 

As a member of the newly formed CRS management team, I lead a multifaceted international team dedicated to Business Development, Inside Sales, BD Support, and Marketing & Communications.

As a Sales Leader at Labcorp, I oversaw the southern Europe biotech sales for the Central Laboratory division. My primary goal was to drive growth and success in the biotech space in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France. As a Senior Director of Strategic Accounts, I worked as an individual contributor, responsible for developing and executing global commercial strategies for one of our key pharma partners in both Europe and the US. I focused on implementing retention and growth initiatives, driving continuous process improvement, and identifying new opportunities to create mutual value for both partners.

Well, hello 🙋🏻‍♂️

This is the place where I'm supposed to write my "experience summary".

But we both know how this goes:
I list a bunch of jobs.
You pretend to care.
We both die a little inside.

Not something I'm fond of:
2 years of this job
4 years of x grades and
5 months of that internship.

Is that what you want to know & remember about me? 😟 I believe not.

No one wants to know how many "gold stars" have I earned (well, none actually haha).

Here's the sauce: We're all more than our resumes and degrees.

I've gathered plenty of valuable lessons over the years, and trust me, they didn't all come from textbooks or fancy diplomas. Some of my best learning experiences came from...

taking risks, experimenting, and soaking up wisdom from those who've already walked the path.

So, here's my (unasked-for) advice: Seek out opportunities that let you experiment, create your own masterpiece, and surround yourself with people who appreciate your hard work and push you to be your best self. Because let's face it, no one likes a soggy slice!
