I took charge of project management in Internal Audit and Anti-Corruption Compliance, with a sharp focus on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). My contribution included identifying and mapping critical processes, internal controls, and key stakeholders, managing operations, risk assessments, and Walmart's compliance with its anti-corruption program. In addition, I developed and implemented a new compliance risk analysis methodology based on Business Impact Analysis (BIA).

I provided unwavering support for global audits prompted by DOJ/SEC investigations and made significant contributions to the architecture of Walmart's anti-corruption policies. I am proud of my role in making Walmart a leader in corporate compliance.

Moreover, I led the restructuring of Walmart E-commerce Compliance operations with the aim of streamlining processes and internal controls following the merger of companies' operations. I expertly managed and trained third-party companies (over 900 firms) to ensure compliance with anti-corruption processes, including Due Diligence, sponsorships, internal policies, and interactions with government bodies. I implemented KPIs and dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools, resulting in improved compliance program maturity and enhanced data analysis for C-Levels. I also prepared and presented comprehensive reports to upper management and the audit team, covering issues and recommendations. I conducted quarterly audits of environmental management compliance.
