●	Serve as a strategic adviser and subject matter expert to university presidents, provosts and administrators seeking guidance on transforming their market offerings and service models through technology enabled, distance education initiatives; lead strategy development, process innovation, and cross functional teams to execute against the plan.

●	Led the successful launch of 8 new university partnerships by coordinating services across the business to deliver budgeted enrollment expectations along with on-time delivery of new online course builds.

●	Led private Catholic university partnership through total enrollment growth of over 1400% in 3.5 years while managing growth of the internal support team of over 350% to support the growth of the partnership.

●	Maintained day-to-day duties of Center Dean while also being responsible for the day-to-day operations of 4 other University Centers located in Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa.

●	Directed and managed all aspects of the Center’s operations (300+ students, over $3 million in annual revenue).
