Pradėjus dirbti su British Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania BCCL, kilo paprasta mintis: pristatyti Lietuvą Jungtinės Karalystės rinkai ne tik kaip mažą šalį žemėlapyje. Bet kaip patikimą partnerį. Ambicingą ekonomiką. Vietą, kur gimsta globalios idėjos.

Šiandien ši idėja tapo realybe, prie kurios kūrimo prisijungė Embassy of Lithuania to the United Kingdom, the Republic of Portugal and the Sultanate of Oman ir Invest Lithuania.

🌷 Mes, moterys, išmokome būti stiprios.  
Bet ar išmokome būti pakankamos? 🌷

Pavasarišką rytą nuskambėjo mintis, kuri liko dar ilgai po renginio: gyvenime viską turime „suvirškinti“.

Patirtis.  
Emocijas.  
Lūkesčius.  
Nusivylimus.  
Pergales.

Kol jų neišgyvename iki galo, jos lieka kažkur viduje – tyliai veikdamos mūsų sprendimus, santykius ir savijautą.

Kalbėjome apie saiką.  
Apie ribas.  
Apie laiką sau – ne tada, kai jo „lieka“, bet tada, kai suprantame, kad jis būtinas.

Labai daug atvirumo buvo kalbant apie mūsų žaizdas.  
Apie tai, kad silpnumas gali būti stiprybė.  
Apie tą vidinį degimą, kuris dažnai gimsta iš noro būti pastebėtoms, pripažintoms, įvertintoms. 
Mylimoms.

Apie savivertę.  
Ir apie tai, kiek daug energijos kartais išleidžiame ieškodamos patvirtinimo iš išorės.

Ir tada ateina svarbiausias klausimas:  
o kas nutinka, kai pagaliau nustojame jo ieškoti?

Tada prasideda kita kelionė –  
kelionė į vidinę ramybę.

Ten, kur atsiranda daugiau priėmimo.  
Daugiau tikrumo.  
Daugiau jausmo, kad aš jau esu pakankama.

Kasdienybėje mes visos turime savo iššūkius ir kovas. 
Tokiose moterų bendrystės erdvėse nutinka kažkas labai ypatingo.  
Mes ne tik kalbame.  
Mes iš tiesų girdime viena kitą.
Mes įkvepiame viena kitą.

Ir tada atsiranda drąsa augti.  
Drąsa būti savimi.  
Drąsa nebesistengti būti tobulomis.

Tokie susitikimai tampa vieta, kurioje iš naujo atrandame save.

Ir tai tik pradžia.

Tai buvo naujo renginių ciklo startas. Gegužę sugrįšime su dar viena tema, kuri skambėjo beveik kiekvienoje diskusijoje – miegas  ir jo įtaka mūsų energijai, sveikatai ir gyvenimo kokybei.

Galime kalbėti apie mitybą.  
Apie sportą.  
Apie produktyvumą.  
Apie balansą.

Bet vienas dalykas yra visko pagrindas:

miegas.
