Through Conquer Sales events, workshops, and accelerator mentorship, I support founders across the Baltics in building stronger commercial foundations.

Before launching Conquer Sales, I spent 20+ years in finance, enterprise sales, private equity, and startup advisory, bridging strategy with execution and helping teams implement systems that work in the real world.

I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Business Development Manager at Aircall!

I’d like to thank Sean Hayes for the knowledge and guidance I’ve gained throughout this journey, as well as Fred Viet and Léa Lejolly for their trust and support.
