Yesterday I spoke to a founder who’s been running courses for doctors for 22 years - but now he feels like they're invisible.
 
They run 30+ events a year online, but they're worried about the future.
 
On the call the founder said:
 
“We just want to show we exist.”
 
This isn’t some new business struggling for traction.

It’s a respected company realising legacy ain’t what it used to be.

Once upon a time email was enough.

Then Meta ads were enough.

Before that, press ads were enough.

Every decade has rewarded visibility differently.

And that’s the thing.

Businesses that don't adapt are quietly becoming irrelevant.

(I used to say ‘will’, that prediction is now the present)
