As a Marketing Campaigns Specialist, I am currently responsible for launching and optimizing marketing campaigns focused on winning back customers, and acquiring new customers through a combination of both outbound (telemarketing) and inbound marketing tactics (e.g. Email, Social, Digital).

Marketing Campaigns Specialist, Bell Mobility

My main responsibilities were to focus on optimizing and improving Bell's outbound marketing portfolio to win back lost mobility customers and reduce churn. My skills in communication, project management and data insights have led to improvements in our outbound campaigns from an efficiency and results perspective.

✔️ Utilizing quantitative data and qualitative insights on a weekly basis on the team’s highest priority outbound campaigns to help increase the save rate of Bell’s mobility customers and its products.

✔️ Work cross functionally with development, operations and external vendors to launch new outbound marketing campaigns and optimize existing ones through customer segmentation. 

✔️ Collaborated with the operations team to lead the outbound agent strategy initiative to increase contact rate with Bell customers for the team’s highest priority outbound campaign. Resulted in a customer contact lift of over 10%.

✔️ Supported the pricing team and outbound agents via analytics on a newly launched offer leading to a 20% increase in phone hardware upgrades and saving 49% more customers during the offer period.

Proactive (Marketing) Strategy and Analytics Specialist, Loyalty and Retention

DRMG | Direct Response Media Group

One of my main highlights in this role as a Marketing and Sales Analyst is becoming an acting Product Manager and leading the direction of the creation of the Inside DRMG platform. The Inside DRMG platform would be an online internal resource for sales reps to gather competitive market insight of their prospects’ industries to help them sell. 

✔️ Strategized with senior executives to develop the vision of the Inside DRMG platform and what the final product should be.

✔️ Created wireframes/mockups of what the user experience and navigation should look like for the end user as well as the roadmap with assigned deliverables for each team involved.

✔️ Worked closely with the development and design team on product development to create a minimum viable product to test with key executives and sales managers and improve the product with their feedback prior to launch.

Throughout my time at Surround, I have been involved in various aspects of Product. My notable accomplishments are launching a scalable website product for small businesses and being involved with every aspect of marketing to increase product sales digitally for our clients. My drive for continuous improvement and desire to learn gave me the comprehensive skill set required to be promoted multiple times in my four years at Surround Integrated Marketing. 

My main responsibility in my last role at Surround before being acquired by DRMG as a Partner Sales Manager was training sales reps on Surround's digital products to help them sell and to create digital products that suited our partners' clientele. 

✔️ Increased digital sales by 133% with one of our partner agencies.

✔️ Partnered with an external website development vendor to plan, execute and launch Surround’s small business 5 and 10 page website products for our partners to sell.

✔️ Researched and championed the launch of an online ordering product to complement the company’s website product geared towards its restaurant clients. One client received over a 500% return on investment in the first year.
