𝗠𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹 (...𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘴 𝘛𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘴)

Safe to say recording videos to a camera in an empty room isn't easy. It took months to get remotely comfortable with it. 

Some days I'd mess up the same line 10-15 times before getting one that worked.

A 17 minute video would take me a whole day to record (if not more).

One thing that helped? Tomas told me to talk to him during takes. Just say "cut that" when I mess up. Makes editing easier.

I may have taken that advice a bit too literally (You'll see in the blooper reel)

But here's what happened anyway:

- Our videos had over 2.2M views.
- 160K watch hours.
- Hit 50K subscribers on New Year's Eve.

Most importantly → Over 6-figures in revenue directly from YouTube.

If you're thinking about starting a YouTube channel for your business → Do it.

It's messy. It's uncomfortable. But it works.

The best AI users don't write better prompts.

They write better documentation.

It's called 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲.

Instead of typing requests from scratch every time, you document how you do things once → then AI follows it every time.

What to codify:
→ Your processes (how you write emails, run campaigns, handle support)
→ Your standards (what "good" looks like with real examples)
→ Your voice (tone, words you use, words you avoid)

Where to put it:
→ Notion Agents
→ Custom GPTs or Gems
→ Claude Projects and Skills

Pick one process you repeat weekly.

Document the steps. Add 2-3 examples of good output. Give it to AI.

Now you're not prompting from scratch.

You're giving AI a playbook to execute.

This is why it matters:

Generic AI gives generic results that could come from anyone.

Codified AI gives results that could only come from you and your company.

Your processes. Your voice. Your IP.

That's a competitive moat.

P.S. What's one process you repeat every week that you could codify?

2025 was all about Prompt Engineering...

2026 will be the year of the Context Engineer.

What's the difference?

Prompt engineering is about crafting the perfect instruction.

Context engineering is about controlling what the AI knows when it responds.

Think of it like this:

The AI model is the brain.
The context window is its working memory.

Your job isn't to write clever prompts anymore.

Your job is to decide what goes into that working memory.

→ Which documents does it see?
→ Which examples does it learn from?
→ Which data does it have access to?

This matters more now because the models are smart enough.

You don't need tricks. You don't need role-playing. You don't need "act as a senior marketing expert."

You need the right information loaded at the right time.

I'm seeing this everywhere now.

Claude Code with project context. Claude Skills with custom instructions. Notion AI with access to your workspace. AI agents connected to your actual tools.

The results are drastically better. And my prompts? They're getting shorter.

Most of the time I just talk using Wispr Flow and say what I need in one sentence or two.

The AI does the rest because it already has the context.

The best AI users aren't prompt wizards anymore...

They're knowledge architects.

Most companies give everyone ChatGPT access. 

And think they're "𝘼𝙄-𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩." They're not.

The gap between "𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙄" and "𝘼𝙄 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨" is massive.

Claude Code, Gumloop, Clawdbot etc.

The pattern:
1. Talk the AI through the process once
2. Iterate until you're happy with the outcome
3. Tell it to save as a repeatable skill or agent

No more writing specs upfront.
No more guessing what instructions to give.
No more figuring out what tools it needs to use.

You're simply having a conversation. Showing the AI what good looks like by doing it together, figuring things out along the way.

Instead of:
