•Responsible for reviewing and approving the content in the Design History Files of Zimmer Biomet orthopedic implants and instruments like Vanguard Complete Knee System, Maxim Primary Systems, Vanguard M PartialKnee, Vanguard 360 Revision System.
•Revising existing DHF documentation which is inclusive of all Design Control, Risk Management and Usability Engineering File records as per FDA and International Standards, ex: 21 CFR820.30/ISO 13485, ISO 14971:2012,
and IEC 62366 on newly developed software system VAULT.
•Tasks include creating I/O tables, Usability engineering requirements, Failure analysis and risk control implementation, design verification /validation, device master record and master trace matrix.
