I was fortunate enough to attend the Live Project under SAWERA in which I got an opportunity to form a business plan for Sanitary Pads in a team of three. It was challenging to understand the reasons for why women were not using Sanitary Pads so that we could create a business plan accordingly. We interviewed many women to know the issues faced by them in regard to purchasing Sanitary Pads. It was very worthy experience as I got an opportunity to work with an NGO for 5 days i.e. from March 20, 2017 to March 24, 2017 which taught me so many lessons.

5 years ago when I joined in TATA-AIG as a Management Trainee, Insurance Industry was completely new to me. However, I took it as a challenge and decided to explore this industry to the best of my abilities. This encouraged me to become Associate from Insurance Institute of India.

Apart from being a Corporate Professional, I have a passion to write Blogs, articles, posts, etc. based on my real life experiences. This helps me to see the world from more than one perspective and it really keeps me motivated and at peace.
