I was never a fan of the idea.
 
It doesn't save me money.
I pay my staff there well.
I pay for an office there.
The hours are good but not perfect.
 
But what I got were three extremely dedicated kollel wives who turn the world over for my company.
 
They run an entire department from there. They do it so well I don't need to know much about it. And my clients are thrilled.
 
They come up with ways to grow it and they don't have patience to wait to do it slow.
 
These women are on fire over there.
 
Oh, and they go to daven at the kosel on our behalf often.
 
Best thing I ever did.

Last week, I did something unusual…
I was super prepared for Shabbos.
Friday morning rolled around and—I kid you not—I had nothing left to do.

Who has nothing to do on a Friday morning?!

So naturally, I did what any normal person would do…
I made a fresh kugel and brought it to the office.

I walked in, feeling all proud of myself—only to be greeted with giggles.
Why?
Because one of my employees had ALSO brought a kugel.

Mind you… this is not a thing we do.
We don’t have a “Friday Kugel Club.”
There is no “Bring Your Kugel to Work Day.”
This was pure, chaotic coincidence.

So now we had not one, but two kugels sitting in the office kitchen.
Lots of laughter. Lots of carbs.

And I felt slightly bad… because mine was better. 😄
(But don’t worry, I didn’t say that out loud. Well… until now.)

Just launched the brand-new Elevate website and WOW - the feedback has been incredible.

We’ve done so many organization sites over the years, but this one feels especially meaningful. Elevate is all about empowering frum married women through community, mentorship, and weekly chaburahs that actually move the needle in people’s lives.

Their team is genuinely thrilled with how everything came together -  from the design, to the flow, to the way it reflects who they are.

Working with clients this mission-driven is the best kind of motivation.

Not the fanciest campaign.
Not the perfect graphic.
Not the “we’ll go viral this time” idea.
 
Just showing up.
Week after week.
 
Posting.
Emailing.
Advertising.
Keeping your brand visible even when it feels quiet.
 
The truth is simple:
The companies that win aren’t always the best — they’re the ones people remember.
 
Consistency builds trust.
Consistency builds momentum.
Consistency gets the call.

Lesson I've learnt:

Just because you haven't figured out how to make something profitable, doesn't mean you won't figure it out next year.

I'm just so glad I didn't cut that service. 

I got close to doing that.
