The launch of Gemini 3 is a powerful reminder that:

1️⃣ 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀
OpenAI broke the frontier, but Google is showing (again) how fast a heavyweight can move when the stakes are existential. I am impressed by the tenacity of Google on this one. Accepted first defeit but doubled down and overdelivered. 

2️⃣ 𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁-𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗢𝗔𝗧.
Gemini 3 was trained entirely on Google’s TPUs. Not Nvidia chips. Which means they can now ship improvements in months not years helping them build long term defensibility. Also Google is lending their TPUs to Anthropic and Midjourney,which can be putting at risk NVIDIA supply chain ownership.

The 9-9-6 culture is surging back and it is creating a seismic shift no one seems to be talking about. Here are my 5 hot takes from today's exec discussion 🔥

1️⃣ 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟵𝟵𝟲 𝘁𝗼 𝟬𝟬𝟳: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗻
Silicon Valley is re-normalizing 70-hour weeks, and China is responding with 007 (midnight to midnight, 7 days a week, with rotational workforces). If extreme availability becomes the baseline, how are caregivers supposed to compete for leadership seats? This isn’t a hustle trend; it’s a roadmap for exclusion. And with less diversity, what happens to the products being built?

2️⃣  𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆,𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘁
While there is 40-60% productivity boost for the first 6 months, the World Health Organization's research is clear: it's not sustainable. It carries a 17% higher risk of heart disease and a 35% higher chance of stroke. The 996 culture doesn't doesn't build resilience: it builds burnout. And at scale it becomes a new public-health crisis.

3️⃣ 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝟱𝟱𝗵
Stanford University research is clear: after 50 hours, output crashes. A “70-hour” week produces ~55 hours of real work. Everything beyond that is performative exhaustion, not impact. Unless we can upgrade human biology, why are we trying to operate beyond human limits?

4️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴
If parents work 70+ hours, kids are raised by others or by screens. Weekends disappear. Communities hollow out. What are the long-term effects on the next generation? Who fuels weekend economies if weekends become workdays What happens when families have no “off hours”? We may be trading short-term throughput for a long-term societal deficit.

5️⃣ 𝗔𝗜'𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲
Every productivity leap in history has raised expectations, not lowered them.
AI was meant to give people time back. Instead, the race to build AI is consuming more time than ever. The tools designed to free us are, ironically, tightening the chains. AI will not return time unless incentives change, not just software.

The world is watching, and the choices we make today will determine whether AI enables a diverse, sustainable society or drives us toward a future where humans are expected to function like the AI agents we’re building.

• Conceptualized, oversaw and developed the FIAT Score a Scorpion marketing campaign which drove 1.7 million impressions and more than 266,000 referrals to the FIAT Abarth website. 

• Conceptualized, oversaw and developed the Dodge Defiance campaign resulting in 270 million organic impressions, 167,324 blog page views, 300,000 new Facebook fans, 172% increase in average monthly blog page views, and over 50% opt-in rate for ongoing communication from Dodge.

● Lead developer of a Facebook tell-a-friend promotion plug-in which at the time was used across 190+ promotions, and saving 3500+ hours of development time. 

● Key asset in developing new integration with our email provider ExactTarget building points expiration software for Disney Movie Reward users with expiring points. 

● Organized a reoccurring software engineering meeting meant to devise ways to improve ePrize’s core code base and the efficiency of work produced by the delivery team. 

● Interfaced closely with business development personal and clients for scoping of new and incoming projects.

Capable is one word others use to describe me. I pride myself on my ability to complete any job or task regardless of its difficulty level. The Old English proverb of "Where there is a will there is a way" is a motto I hold close to my heart. My fortitude must be credited to a solid upbringing by two incredible parents, and my faith. It is reenforced by my wife, my two sons, my treasured family, and my close friends all of whom are there for me when life's moments become difficult. 

Within my career I identify myself as a creative. For me a creative is defined as a thought leader, entrepreneur, innovator, artist, and a hacker. These characteristics push me to think outside of the box, and to desire an artistic order to those things around me. Additionally these are the characteristics that drive my day-to-day operation, vision, and mission in life which is to help others in need.
