As the first marketer on the ground in EMEA, I was responsible for building and implementing an effective growth strategy from scratch. 

During my 3 years at UserTesting, my key achievements include;

- Key member of the GTM leadership team which drove the EMEA business growth 800%+ in 3 years 
- Created and launched a localised content strategy for our key EMEA markets, UK&I, DE & FR
- Planned and executed 80+ events across our key regions, targeting each segment of our target audience, including SMB, MM, ENT level organisations, with different focuses on both user and decision maker
- Created and nurtured a senior-level private network of female leaders in the UX, Product and Design space from some of the world's top organisations
- Curated and hosted 55 episodes of The Espresso Webinar Series, one of the most successful demand generation campaigns at UserTesting. Directly generating $5M+ in new business and influencing even more net new and existing customer expansion. 
- Supported the growth of the EMEA marketing team, leading on key hires in UK and DE 
- Built a strong group of EMEA customer champions to bring into local marketing activity, across events, blog articles and webinar content
- Led on the content strategy and focus for the German website and regional marketing strategy
- Advocate for UserTesting from speaking and hosting at multiple key industry events across Europe
- Supported and aligned to Sales, Customer Success and the wider business, on business goals and focus areas on a global and local level.
