That company sold in 2004 and The Training Group was reborn as  primarily a firm focused on building revenue for clients through improved hiring practices and building skills in sales, leadership and customer service department.  We also provide online training with a true learning Management system and have the ability to rapidly customize the curriculums to the companies and individuals in those companies we work with.

Hired Sales, Sales Management, VP, and Executive VP roles for over 2,000 clients. Nationalized, then Franchised. In 5 years we only had to replace one salesperson. When we sold, we kept the rights to use our systems processes and IP to use with future clients. Now, we teach companies how to hire in sales, giving them more control of the process and saving wasted dollars on imposter recruiters.
