Je rentre des critères standards pour n'importe quelle campagne B2B: 
✅ Roles: Sales, growth et business dev
✅ Lieu: Suisse
✅ Seniority: 8 niveaux > head of

Réponse de l'outil: "No leads found. Your filters are a bit too tight." 

En tant que fondateur d'agence, je connais la réalité du marché. Dire qu'il n'y a pas de profils Sales/Growth en Suisse avec ces critères, c'est une aberration statistique.

Le problème ici, ce n'est pas le filtre.

C'est que beaucoup d'outils en 2025 se cachent derrière le mot magique "AI" pour masquer une base de données vide ou un moteur de matching défaillant.

Pourquoi c'est grave? 
1. Parce qu'un junior ou un founder qui débute pourrait croire l'outil. Il pourrait se dire "ah mince, ma cible n'existe pas"
2. Ils poussent leurs clients à contacter le même nombre limité de personnes
3. Parce qu'ils font perdre du temps à tout ceux qui essaie cet outil

Comment évaluer un outil (et ne pas perdre son temps): avant de connecter vos emails ou de payer un abo, faites ce test en 3 étapes:

A) Test du volume: tapez une requête large sur un petit pays (ex: "CEO" en "Belgique") et surtout, cmparez le chiffre avec LinkedIn gratuit. L'écart doit être raisonnable.

B) Test de la pertinence: regardez les 5 premiers résultats. Sont-ils vraiment dans la cible ?

C) Test de l'honnêteté: si l'outil vous dit "Aucun résultat" sur une requête évidente, fuyez.

Sales Nav, Clay ou Apollo ne sont pas parfaits, mais ils ne nient pas la réalité du marché.

Conclusion: l'IA est un levier incroyable pour l'enrichissement et la rédaction. 

Mais pour le sourcing, la profondeur de la base de données reste le seul roi.
