Before I was a top performer, I was on a PIP.

Before I led in new accounts, landed & expanded one of the largest accounts, I had the second to last performing territory. 

Before I became a leader and promoted others, I was a micro-manager, focused on 'more' activity. 

Before my team led in the region, they were the lowest performers.

Before I could coach others, I had to develop myself {and still do}. 

As long as we're willing to do the work. Take what we've learned, apply, and refine- we have the agency to drive better outcomes. 

Behavior is data, it tells people exactly what we believe {actions are the motions of belief, I say}. This is why sales {leadership} isn't a 'numbers' game. It's math + behaviors.
