From coaching people, I’ve noticed there are two groups I often come across. One group takes action, has confidence and can handle anything that comes their way. They don’t need full clarity.

The other group stays stuck. They feel they need 100% clarity and a complete roadmap before they can move forward. For them, there can be no possibility of failure or setbacks.

I give the example of a baby learning to walk, and I share my childhood experience of falling off my bike, to show that we don’t wait until we’re fully ready. We start and we keep going.

I had the opportunity to present “Build Your Career Brand: Stand Out and Succeed as an Accountant” for CPDStore and OmniPro.

It was a pleasure to connect with so many accountants and finance professionals who are committed to standing out in a competitive and evolving industry.

During the session, we explored how to define your professional identity, 
align your values and strengths with your career goals, and communicate your authentic self with confidence and clarity.
