•	Oversee and follow up on the study’s budgets (8 countries)

•	Planned, organized, and hosted the bi-monthly meetings for newcomers for the entire Global Medical Affairs area

Major achievements:
•	Organized and hosted the Global Expert Panel event for 8 affiliates in order to present the Study Results. The event was rated 4.3 out of 5.  It required contracting with two external vendors and aligning with both internal and external stakeholders.

•	Improved the Onboarding Process of new employees in the GMA area by developing an online SharePoint form that included key information for each new hiring. This improved the overall onboarding process by reducing the processing time by 1.5 hours, while ensured that the information was recorded in a consistent manner across the departments.

Major achievements:

I improved Archii's website loading speed by lowering it from 6 to 3 seconds. I accomplished that by:
- Updating the meta decryptions, title tags and keywords of all website pages
- Researching and implementing the Link Building Strategy

Growth Hacker  

Description of duties:

•	  Supported the Country Project Management (incl. 15 affiliates) by hosting information-sharing meetings, following-up with budgets and the country plans overviews
•	I supported and assisted 15 affiliates daily with input to local investigator meetings and development of materials such as monthly newsletters
•	I communicated and negotiated with specific vendors while implemented the Project´s internal webshop and translation process for 15 affiliates
•	I was responsible for the Project´s internal website maintenance: uploading relevant documents, meeting recordings, creating online events and posting news regarding the Project stage
•	I was involved in the development and reviewing of recruitment and retention materials for patients together with vendors: Trial Posters, Patient newsletters, Christmas cards, motivational cards, etc.

Major achievements:

• Organized and coordinated the department´s promotion during a Global Expert Panel event. This included developing posters, booklets, and an interactive game. The aim of the game was to evaluate and provide knowledge of the participants in relation to the department. Overall, 15 affiliates attended and the event was eventually rated 4.5 out of 5.

• Developed implemented and coordinated the translation process of communication and promotional materials for 15 affiliates while collaborating with both the affiliates and the translation company. The aim of the process was to ensure that the affiliates can order online the translation of different communication materials through an online form, while the vendor would provide the translated materials in a timely and efficient manner.

Description of duties:

•	Planned and organized events such as Mother’s Day and Spanish Promotion which were rated 4 out of 5
•	Assisted management in hiring, training, evaluating, and engaging the employees.
•	Supported the management with the daily administration of the restaurant

Major achievements:

•       Developed and integrated the weekly “English training” program for the restaurant’s staff  (~50 people/3 restaurants).  

For this project, I had to design a course through which the restaurant staff was supposed to improve their English skills within the service area. Designing the course consisted of a high degree of researching for the right materials, structuring the course on chapters according to the students’ levels. In addition, it required planning different games through which they can be engaged and test their improvements. I was hosting this course every week for 3 different restaurants.
