One of the few lead engineers responsible for the planning, design and implementation of TelePresence and video solutions for European and global customers.

• Drove DPDHL’s video architecture strategy through workshop collaboration and communicating their future video requirements with groundbreaking video logical architecture and standards documentation. 
• Analysed HSBC’s TelePresence network as part of a Cisco optimisation service, compiling a comprehensive audit report, presenting recommendations and conducting a well-received interactive live troubleshooting session.
• Prepared and presented the Advanced Unified Communications Video Troubleshooting top level breakout session at Cisco Live in Barcelona 2010.
• Hand-picked for the prestigious Advanced Services Consulting Development Program (CDP) deep-diving into a customer opportunity, honing customer relationship and presenting skills and ultimately building a business case which was presented to an executive board.

Network Consulting Engineer, TelePresence and Video - Advanced Services

• Led on-site activities installing, testing and commissioning Cisco technologies such as the MGX, 6500 and IOS-XR on the CRS-1 at multiple BT sites in the UK for BT’s 21st Century and Colossus networks.

Network Consulting Engineer - Advanced Services

• Developed, implemented and supported EMEA Unified Communications services for a several thousand Cisco client base across multiple countries. Responsibilities included user problem resolution, providing timely on-call support 24/7 and partnering with other IT functions to ensure highly available operation. 
• Technical planning, implementation and presentation of new Unified Communications technologies for Cisco IT.

Unified Communications Engineer - IT

• Configuring, testing and troubleshooting Cisco’s Thunderdial solution upgrade at BT Access Path PoPs.
• Completed six months of comprehensive instructor-led and hands-on network training as part of the Cisco Graduate Training Programme (GTP). Passed the CCIE Routing and Switching Written exam after just 22 weeks.
