I've had the opportunity contribute to many entrepreneurship related projects and programs. Customers were, amongst others, Innomake (Barranquilla), UNAD, Universidad Sergio Arboleda (sede Barranquilla) Universidad Externado, Apps.co y el Ministerio TIC de Colombia.

In these projects my role would reach from advising directors and administratives about the contents and scope, to setting up the program contents, to operational duties such as coaching, teaching and often supervising. Programs would include contents related to Customer Development, Design Thinking and Lean Startup, mostly.

In the Business Discovery Phase of the Apps.co initiative (Ministry of ICT of Colombia), I was responsible for results with the entrepreneurs. In order to achieve that, I supported both the entrepreneurs and their (daily) coaches throughout the 8-week programme.
The entrepreneurs would come in generally as just a couple of people with an idea. Once selected for the programme, they would receive training and coaching in business models, Customer Development and Lean Startup. I would see them 5-6 times during the whole process and together with their coaches we aimed at achieving product-market fit for every participating team. This meant having an MVP and (real) traction, such as sales, downloads, a pilot, etc.
Additional to my work directly with the entrepreneurs, I was actively involved in the planning and strategy of Apps.co. That included bringing global experts like Alexander Osterwalder and Bob Dorf to Colombia to transfer their methodologies to our coaches and entrepreneurs.
