I started my career working in a Big Four Company focused on international and national Corporate clients; providing them mainly tax services (tax return, tax ruling). I have turned my talent, skills and experience to participate in the FATCA implementation within one of the Tier 1 American Bank in the World. In this role, I have combined my training skill and tax expertise to train Front Office and Operations employees becoming a Subject Matter Expert on this topic. In parallel, I trained adults to prepare a Finance certificate for the Law module (100% have passed the Law module with good/excellent evaluation, none failed).
Since I am interested in regulations, I naturally seized an internal opportunity within J.P. Morgan (Suisse) SA to join the Compliance Team as an Associate in Global Financial Crime Compliance Advisory (2 team members in total).

Willing to seize an opportunity to develop my Managerial skills; I naturally took an opportunity in a retail swiss Bank as a Head of Compliance; being not only the Subject Matter expert in AML, cross-border, SAR reports and FATCA/AEI but also managing a team of 4 individuals in charge of onboarding, securities processing, paralegal inheritance questions and accounting.
