As Manager of Learning Support Services, I lead a dynamic team of full-time and part-time employees, overseeing the daily operations of the campus Tutoring Center while providing leadership support to the Testing Center and Library. I have gained so much knowledge throughout professional & collegiate experience. I initially pursued drafting and computer-aided drafting(CAD) via Tech Prep program while in a hospital DCT program out of high school and earned a scholarship to the local community college. I received my Certificate in CAD and also an Associates in Arts degree in Graphic Design Technology (CAD concentration), with a minor in multimedia. I transferred to Florida A&M University and earned my Bachelors Degree in Graphic Communications (Magna Cum Laude). I took a year off and then pursued a Masters in Fine Arts at the University of Central Florida the following year. I have most recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Adult Learning and Inclusive Design at the University of Denver.

In all my experience, I can say that my expertise is in now in Learning Development as well as Graphic Design and Multimedia. I do have video, web and photography experience and a background in CAD, medical insurance and billing. I have worked for large and small companies in the corporate setting. I also still continue to freelance, create courses and do other advertising and promotional projects.
